Ryan founded and led Trinity Healthcare for more than a decade, building and operating a portfolio of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Texas. Prior to founding Trinity Healthcare, Ryan served as CFO of a multi-state operator and as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. He was appointed Chair of a public advisory committee for Texas Health and Human Services and was recognized as a Healthcare Hero by the Fort Worth Business Press. Ryan is a CPA and holds a BBA and Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
Josh founded and led Live Oak Healthcare, a Texas skilled nursing platform before selling the real estate and operations in 2025. He also served as interim CEO and board member of a multi-facility portfolio, leading a successful sale process. Previously, Josh was CEO of Senior Living Properties, where he restructured a distressed skilled nursing company and oversaw its real estate. Before that, he served as CFO of Harden Healthcare, a Texas-based diversified platform that included skilled nursing, pharmacy, therapy and physician extender operations. Josh holds a degree in Economics from the University of West Georgia.
